What about Errors?: You should call our dedicated terminal help desk. If they can't resolve your problem for you, a new terminal will be sent to you by overnight delivery and the old terminal will be picked up. If you enrolled in the Merchant Advantage program this services is absolutely free!
How do I use it?: The terminal is very user friendly and you will be able to use it immediately upon receipt Our terminal help desk will contact you to schedule a brief training session on the terminal as soon as your account is approved.
