Total Merchant Services' processing fees for Internet, mail order, telephone order merchants are the most competitive in the industry.

30 Cents

Monthly Statement Fee $10 Per Month  

Note:  Accounts that accrue less than $25 processing fees in any month will be billed the difference between processing fees paid, subtracted from $25.00.  This is commonly referred to as a "monthly minimum".  We do not charge application fees or annual fees   If you would like your account to process American Express charges we can set it up for you for free - rates set by AMEX


Restricted Category Businesses

Certain business types that do not qualify for the above standard rates and fees can still qualify for a merchant account with us through Humboldt Bank.  Common types of restricted category merchants are listed on the Restricted Category Page - Click here to view.  Restricted Category Merchants Receive the following rates and fees:

  Visa/MC Discount Per Transaction
Internet, Mail/Phone Order (MO/TO) 2.95%

35 Cents

Monthly Statement Fee $10 Per Month  
Address Verification   10 Cents

Note:  There is no monthly minimum processing fee.  There is a $100 one time charge to set up the Authorize Net payment gateway

Tips

If you compare prices, be sure to consider the following:

Some bankcard companies charge application fees and annual fees - TMS does
not charge these fees

Some bank card companies charge extra for address verification.  TMS includes AVS in it's transaction fee

Some bank card companies will require that you obtain a checking account from them or only transfer your funds to you a few times per month.  TMS will transfer your funds directly into your existing checking account every day.

Some bank card companies will debit your checking account for the fees from each batch, making check reconciliation very difficult.  TMS only debits the fees once per month, which means your batch totals and your deposits will match.
