Can I Cancel?

If you cancel you must return the free equipment to us.

What about Errors?

You should call our dedicated terminal help desk.  If they can't resolve your problem for you, a new terminal will be sent to you by overnight delivery and the old terminal will be picked up.  If you enrolled in the Merchant Advantage program this services is absolutely free!

How do I use it?

The terminal is very user friendly and you will be able to use it immediately upon receipt  Our terminal help desk will contact you to schedule a brief training session on the terminal as soon as your account is approved.  You can call our toll free terminal help desk at any time if you have any questions or need assistance.

Am I eligible?

Any retail "brick and mortar" type business not currently processing with Total Merchant Services.  Restaurant,  medical office, hair salon, clothing store and furniture store are just a few examples.  Internet or mail order merchants are not eligible for a free terminal.

What's the catch?

    When applying for a merchant account on-line with Total Merchant Services, we will ask for personal information on the owners for the purposes of determining credit worthiness, product billing, delivery and possible contact in the event of problems with your order.  We do not sell, share, lease, post, or distribute your personal information to third party vendors for marketing or other purposes.
