Am I eligible?

Any retail "brick and mortar" type business not currently processing with Total Merchant Services.  Restaurant,  medical office, hair salon, clothing store and furniture store are just a few examples.  Internet or mail order merchants are not eligible for a free terminal.

What's the catch?

NONE! - There are NO merchant club fees, annual fees, download fees, setup fees or application fees.  Absolutely no gimmicks or hidden fees!  You pay nothing up front for this offer!

What about Errors?

You should call our dedicated terminal help desk.  If they can't resolve your problem for you, a new terminal will be sent to you by overnight delivery and the old terminal will be picked up.  If you enrolled in the Merchant Advantage program this services is absolutely free!
