Getting Approved

If you meet our liberal approval guidelines, your application can be approved quickly and simply. In most cases, we can tell you in minutes if your application will be approved, and can complete the entire process in a matter of a few days. We have two types of approval guidelines:

Type 1: TMS Auto-Approval
If you meet our Auto-Approval Guidelines noted below, it means that you will be approved regardless of the owner's personal credit history. The only exceptions are for merchants in a current bankruptcy that has not been discharged for a minimum of six months, for merchants on Visa/MC's CTMF File, and for merchant applications that have falsified or fictitious information.

Type 2: TMS Approval
If you do not meet the Auto-Approval Guidelines, or if you have less than good credit, you may still be approved! Even if your personal credit is extremely low, you can still get approved, but your application may need to be supported by having it signed by at least one owner with a good, established personal credit history.

      Visa/MC Monthly Volume Less Than $10K
     Average Ticket Less Than $300
     Future Service Liability Less Than 30 Days*
     Acceptable Type Of Business

*this means that the product is received by the customer or the service has been completed by the merchant within 30 days of charging the customer's credit card

FAQS

Does TMS require site surveys, location photographs, setup or application fees etc.?

NO - In most cases you only need a checking account, ID and some form of marketing material!

What type of assurance do you offer that my application will be approved?

You are 100% guaranteed that you will be approved for an account. If for some reason you cannot qualify you will not be charged. Your only upfront cost is the price of the software or equipment, or your first monthly lease installment. These charges are NOT processed until you have been approved and your merchant ID number has been assigned!

Does TMS accept all business types?

No. However TMS does accept most businesses. Adult web sites, gaming, an travel agencies and a few others are not acceptable. Check the restricted and prohibited category business lists for more detailed information.
